On June 27, 2003, Friday evening, the ERP case study workshop is successfully held in the ITACC office. ERP Senior Managing Consultant Charlie YU came to the meeting. Participants expressed that we had some seminars on ERP series, but we had few times to know each other. So seated on the round table, people introduced himself/herself to the others. Then the meeting went on as the manner of question and answer. It is a beneficial occasion for all the participants.

It would be great if Charlie could share with us some of his real world experience. Personally I’m particularly interested in such details as how the consults work with the companies, pre-evaluation and the duration of projects, the kind of resistance from company employees, the difficulties of the company to adapt to the system, the working relationship among the various users (data entry, power users, functional people, ABAP people and basis people) and their specific tasks, areas of continuous improvement, benefits and inconveniences for the enterprise…
